Centro de Refer\u00eancia de Assist\u00eancia Social<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>O CRAS \u00e9 uma unidade P\u00fablica Estatal de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Social B\u00e1sica do Sistema \u00danico de Assist\u00eancia Social (SUAS). Busca prevenir a ocorr\u00eancia de situa\u00e7\u00f5es de riscos sociais atrav\u00e9s do desenvolvimento das capacidades dos atendidos, fortalecendo os v\u00ednculos familiares e sociais, aumentando o acesso aos direitos da cidadania. \u00c9 uma unidade p\u00fablica de refer\u00eancia para o desenvolvimento de todos os servi\u00e7os socioassistenciais de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o B\u00e1sica do SUAS.<\/p>\n<p>O CRAS atende programas de transfer\u00eancia de renda: Bolsa Fam\u00edlia, Renda Cidad\u00e3, Benef\u00edcio de Presta\u00e7\u00e3o Continuada (BPC), Programa de Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o para o Trabalho.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>Servi\u00e7os:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Atendimento Integral \u00e0 Fam\u00edlia (PAIF);<\/p>\n<p>2. Conviv\u00eancia e Fortalecimento de V\u00ednculos;<\/p>\n<p>3. Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Social B\u00e1sica no domic\u00edlio para pessoas com defici\u00eancia e idosas.<\/p>\n<p>CREAS &#8211; Centro de Refer\u00eancia Especializada de Assist\u00eancia Social<\/p>\n<p>O CREAS \u00e9 uma Unidade P\u00fablica Estatal, faz parte da Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Social Especial do Sistema \u00danico de Assist\u00eancia Social(SUAS), oferecendo apoio e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o especializados a indiv\u00edduos e fam\u00edlias v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia f\u00edsica, ps\u00edquica e sexual, neglig\u00eancia, abandono, amea\u00e7a, maus tratos e discrimina\u00e7\u00f5es sociais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>O trabalho do CREAS baseia-se em:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Acolher v\u00edtimas de viol\u00eancia;<\/p>\n<p>Acompanhar e reduzir a ocorr\u00eancia de riscos, seu agravamento ou recorr\u00eancia;<\/p>\n<p>desenvolver a\u00e7\u00f5es para diminuir o desrespeito aos direitos humanos e sociais.<\/p>\n<p>A Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Social Especial deve garantir o acolhimento e desenvolver aten\u00e7\u00f5es socioassistenciais a fam\u00edlias e indiv\u00edduos, para possibilitar a reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o de v\u00ednculos sociais e conquistar o maior grau de independ\u00eancia individual e social. Deve ainda, defender a dignidade e os direitos humanos e acompanhar a ocorr\u00eancia dos riscos e do seu agravamento. Este campo de prote\u00e7\u00e3o na assist\u00eancia social trabalha com situa\u00e7\u00f5es pessoais e familiares com ocorr\u00eancia de agress\u00f5es que necessitam de aten\u00e7\u00e3o especializada.<\/p>\n<p>Os Servi\u00e7os de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Social Especial devem ser oferecidos de forma continuada a indiv\u00edduos e fam\u00edlias em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de risco pessoal e social, por ocorr\u00eancia de neglig\u00eancia, abandono, amea\u00e7as, maus tratos, viola\u00e7\u00f5es f\u00edsicas e ps\u00edquicas, discrimina\u00e7\u00f5es sociais e viola\u00e7\u00e3o aos direitos humanos e sociais.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>O CREAS \u00e9 composto por 5 servi\u00e7os:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Atendimento Especializado a Fam\u00edlias e Indiv\u00edduos (PAEFI);<\/p>\n<p>2. Servi\u00e7o Especializado em Abordagem Social;<\/p>\n<p>3. Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Social a Adolescentes em Cumprimento de Medida Socioeducativa de Liberdade Assistida (LA), e de Presta\u00e7\u00e3o de Servi\u00e7os \u00e0 Comunidade (PSC);<\/p>\n<p>4. Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Social Especial para Pessoas com Defici\u00eancia, Idosas e suas Fam\u00edlias;<\/p>\n<p>5. Servi\u00e7o Especializado para Pessoas em Situa\u00e7\u00e3o de Rua.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #808000;\"><strong>Qual a diferen\u00e7a entre o CRAS e o CREAS?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>O CRAS busca prevenir a ocorr\u00eancia de situa\u00e7\u00f5es de risco, antes que estas aconte\u00e7am.
